Ten different phrases that are short, easy, and light, but will give you what no eye has seen, no hear has heard, and what no mind has imagined.
Enjoy (and implement):
1 - “Whoever says: ‘Glorified is Allah, the Most Great, and praised is He’ [Subhan Allah al-'Adhim wa bi-Hamdih] will have a date palm planted for him in Paradise.” ['Sahih al-Jami'' #5531]
2 - “Whoever is stricken with sadness, grief, sickness or hardship and says: ‘Allah is my Lord, without any partners’ [Allahu Rabbi, la sharika lah], then it will be removed from him.” ['Sahih al-Jami'' #6040]
3 - “Whoever ate something, then said: ‘Praise be to Allah who has fed me this food and provided it for me, without any strength or power on my part’ [al-Hamdu lillah aladhi at'amani hadha wa Razaqnih bi ghayr hawlin minni wa la quwwa] is forgiven his past and future sins. And whoever wears a garment and says: ‘Praise be to Allah who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me without any strength or power on my part’ [al-Hamdu lillah aladhi kasani hadha at-thawb wa Razaqnih bi ghayr hawlin minni wa la quwwa] is forgiven his past and future sins.†['Sahih al-Jami'' #6086]
4 - “Whoever enters the marketplace and says: ‘There is none worthy of worship except Allah who has no partners, for Him is the Dominion, and for Him is all Praise, He brings life and He causes death, and He is Alive and does not die, in His Hand is all good, and He is able to do all things,’ [La ilaha ill-Allah, Wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-Mulk, wa lahul-Hamd, yuhyiyy wa yumit, wa Huwa Hayyun la yamut, bi Yadihil-Khayr wa Huwa 'ala kulli shay'in Qadir] then Allah will write one million good deeds for him, and will wipe away one million of his bad deeds, and will raise him one million levels and will build a home for him in Paradise.” ['Sahih al-Jami'' #6231]
5 - “Whoever controls his anger when he is able to act upon it, then Allah will call him to come in front of all of the Creation so that he would let him choose from the Hur al-’Ayn and marry from them whomever he pleases.” ['Sahih al-Jami'' #6518]
6 - “Whoever asks Allah for Paradise three times [Allahumma inni as'aluk al-Jannah], then Paradise will say: “O Allah! Enter him into Paradise!” And whoever seeks protection with Allah from the Fire three times [Allahumma najjini min an-Nar], the Fire will say: “O Allah! Protect him from the Fire!“” [Reported by at-Tirmidhi, and it is authentic]
7 - “Whoever seeks forgiveness for the believing men and the believing women, Allah writes for him - for every believing man and woman - a good deed.” [Reported by at-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, and Ahmad, and it is authentic]
8 - ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud said: “Whoever reads ‘al-Mulk’ (chapter 67 of the Qur’an) every night, Allah will protect him from the torment of the grave. At the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), we used to call it al-mani’ah (that which protects). In the Book of Allah, it is a chapter which - whoever recites it every night - has done very well.” ['Sahih at-Targhib wat-Tarhib' #1475]
9 - “Whoever asks Allah sincerely for martyrdom [Allahumma inni as'aluk ash-shahadah], Allah will cause him to reach the status of the martyrs even if he dies in his bed.†['Sahih al-Bukhari' #1909]
10 - “No one witnesses that there is none worthy of worship but Allah and that I am Allah’s Messenger - truthfully, from his heart - except that Allah makes the Fire of Hell forbidden to touch him.” [Reported by Muslim, Ahmad, and al-Bayhaqi]

If the enemy captures a single Muslim, it becomes wajib (obligatory) on every one who has the ability, to rush to their rescue (even without seeking anyone’s permission). It is apparent that it is compulsory on everyone, similar to the situation where the enemy invades our land. Moreover, saving our brothers is of a higher priority, as the sanctity of a Muslim is greater (than the sanctity of a State).

“She is beautiful with big lustrous eyes. A virgin as if she is an emerald. She has loved no one and will love no one but you. She was created for you and only you. If her finger appears it would overshadow the moon. If her bracelet appears in a dark night, it would leave no darkness in the universe. If her wrist appears, it would take away the mind of every sane human being. If she appears between the heaven and earth, the distance between them would be filled by her scent, and if she spits in the oceans of the world the salt water would turn fresh. The more you look at her the more beautiful she becomes. The more time you spend with her, the more you love her.
Does it make any sense to learn about such a woman and not try to meet her? What about when you learn that you will be married not to one, but seventy two of the Hoor!”

Surah Fatiha April 16, 2008
Posted by Ghuraba in : hadith , add a commentOn the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said:A prayer performed by someone who has not recited the Essence of the Quran (1) during it is deficient (and he repeated the word three times), incomplete. Someone said to Abu Hurayrah: [Even though] we are behind the imam? (2) He said: Recite it to yourself, for I have heard the Prophet (may the blessings and peace of Allah be up on him) say: Allah (mighty and sublime be He), had said: I have divided prayer between Myself and My servant into two halves, and My servant shall have what he has asked for. When the servant says: Al-hamdu lillahi rabbi l-alamin (3), Allah (mighty and sublime be He) says: My servant has praised Me. And when he says: Ar-rahmani r-rahim (4), Allah (mighty and sublime be He) says: My servant has extolled Me, and when he says: Maliki yawmi d-din (5), Allah says: My servant has glorified Me - and on one occasion He said: My servant has submitted to My power. And when he says: Iyyaka na budu wa iyyaka nasta in (6), He says: This is between Me and My servant, and My servant shall have what he has asked for. And when he says: Ihdina s-sirata l- mustaqim, siratal ladhina an amta alayhim ghayril-maghdubi alayhim wa la d-dallin (7), He says: This is for My servant, and My servant shall have what he has asked for.
(1) Surat al-Fatihah, the first surah (chapter) of the Qur’an.
(2) i.e. standing behind the imam (leader) listening to him reciting al-Fatihah.
(3) “Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.”
(4) “The Merciful, the Compassionate”.
(5) “Master of the Day of Judgement”.
(6) “It is You we worship and it is You we ask for help”.
(7) “Guide us to the straight path, the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favors, not of those against whom You are angry, nor of those who are astray”.
It was related by Muslim (also by Malik, at-Tirmidhi, Abu-Dawud, an-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah).
May Allah guide us to the straight path and make us not the ones who he is angry with.

A Deed Few People Practice April 14, 2008

All praise is for Allah, and may much peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon (the Messenger’s) family and companions.
“There are two characteristics that whenever the Muslim maintains them will enter Jannah. These two traits are easy to possess. However, only a few people acquire them. Say ” Subhanallah” ten times, “Al-Hamduillah” ten times and “Allahu akbar” ten times at the end of each Salah. By practicing this deed you earn one hundred and fifty rewards for your tongue and one thousand five hundred for the scale (of good deeds). And before you go to sleep say “Subhanallah” thirty three times, Al-Hamdulilah” thirty three times and Allahu akbar thirty four times. By saying these words before you sleep you gain one hundred good deeds for your tongue and one thousand deeds for the scale. The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked” Oh messenger, How is that these deeds are easy, yet few people do them? He said,” Right after a person finishes praying Shaitan comes to him and reminds him of something that he has to do. There fore this person gets up and leaves without saying these words. Additionally, when he lies in his bed Shaitan comes to him and causes him to fall asleep before he mentions these words. ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr(may Allah be pleased with him)said , ” I saw the messenger of Allah(May Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)say these words using his hand to count them.
Collected by Abu Dawud(5065), At-Tirmithi( 3410)Nisa’ i(926)and Ahmed(2/205) Imam An-Nawwawee graded the isnad of this hadeeth as being Saheeh and Imam At-Tirmithi said this hadeeth is Hasan Saheeh.
Badrudeen ‘Al-’Aynee(855H. May Allah have mercy on him) commented on this hadeeth in his book ” Al-Ilmul Hayyab fee Sharhil Kalamee Tayyib
